Neighborhood Meetings
All neighborhood meetings are held at 6:00pm at El Progreso Hall located at 1306 Guadalupe Street. 2012 dates are:

We will not meet in December due to the Holiday Lighting on December 7, 2012.

Class Dates
Homebuyer Education Classes are free and designed to assist families in navigating the process of purchasing a home for the first time. Click here for 2012 class dates.
C.A.R.E.S. Workforce Development Classes are a 6 week program consisting of 40 hours per week of classroom training paired with internship experience designed to help participants gain sustainable employment. Click here for 2012 class dates.

16 de Septiembre Parade & Festival
Since 1981
The Avenida Guadalupe Association, Inc. will host its 31st annual 16 de Septiembre Celebration Parade and Festival on Saturday, September 15, 2012. The Ernie Awards Gala will be held on Thursday, September 6, 2012.
Holiday Lighting
We will kick off the holiday season at our FREE Neighborhood Holiday Lighting celebration including pictures with Santa, entertainment, games, prizes, refreshments and the lighting of the Christmas tree. The event will be held on Friday, December 7, 2012.
