NCR Program

The Neighborhood Commercial Revitalization Program works with community organizations to preserve its historic buildings, revive its commercial core, strengthen existing businesses and retain a sense of place and community life in San Antonio's commercial corridors.

 

Committees

The NCR Program approach is loosely based on the Main Street Four-Point approach which is a comprehensive revitalization process that focuses on all aspects of a commercial business district.

OPERATION FACELIFT

Operation Facelift Façade Improvement Grants are only available in NCR Corridors. These grants provide matching funds (get reimbursed up to $15,000) for permanent façade improvements that help reverse deterioration of commercial structures and attract new business and private investment.
