30th Anniversary Celebrations

2009 marks the AGA's 28th annual 16 de Septiembre celebration! The celebration honors Mexico's Independence from Spain with San Antonio's largest 16 de Septiembre festivities. The event is comprised of an annual gala recognizing deserving individuals and organizations with the AGA "Ernie Award," the Avenida 16 de Septiembre Parade stepping off at Guadalupe & Brazos, festival afterwards at The Plaza Guadalupe.

 

Programs

Housing The next Homebuyer's Education Class will be held Saturday, January 23, from 8 am to 4 pm at 1306 Guadalupe, El Progreso Hall. You must pre-register to attend this FREE class. For more information call 223-3151.

NCR Avenida Guadalupe received the Mayor's Best NCR Award. Congratulations to all our award winners! The 2009 HACER Gala turned into an Avenida Guadalupe Awards Sweep. 5 of our local businesses received well deserved accolades.
