Request for Proposals for Construction of Building
The Avenida Guadalupe Association, Inc requests statements of qualifications and proposed fees from qualified and certified offerors related to the construction of a 16,600 sf Promesa Building at 1312 Guadalupe Street, San Antonio, Texas, 78207. Copies of the RFQ / RFP’s may be obtained via email from Michael N. Willy at mwilly@broaddusassociates.com. Responses are to be hand delivered to 1313 Guadalupe Street on May 18, 2012 by 10:00AM. This is a federally funded project by Economic Development Administration, Department of Commerce.

Each year, the Avenida Guadalupe Association (Avenida) presents three “Ernie” awards to organizations or individuals who have shown outstanding service and commitment to the Avenida Guadalupe Neighborhood in the areas of Community, Commerce and Culture. Upcoming Neighborhood Meetings
We will have our Neighborhood Association meetings at El Progreso Hall, located at 1306 Guadalupe Street (unless otherwise indicated), on the following dates:
- February 7, 2012 at 6pm
- May 1, 2012 at 6pm
- August 7, 2012 at 6pm
- October 9, 2012 at 6pm
We will not meet in December due to the Holiday Lighting on December 7, 2012.
